I’m not going to say I was responsible for this rats nest, but I know it’s my fault.
Here we have a 20′ drape line, whose weight was bending the pictured upright “like a fishing pole.”
Additional weight was added, and safeties were linked together to try and keep the upright from snapping.
Pity that the ballast connected to the safety is a rolling toolkit.
